16:00 – Arrival, welcome, grounding into the space
18:00 – Opening meditation
19:00 – Sacred welcome dinner

 

🌞 Days 2 to 4 – October 3–5

7:30 – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
9:00 – Breakfast
10:00 – Pilgrimage & Mystery School at sacred sites:
• The cave of Sainte-Baume
• The Basilica of Saint-Maximin
• The Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer
13:30 – Lunch or picnic on location
14:30 – Healing circle, transmission, or silence
17:00 – Return to the sanctuary
19:00 – Vibrant vegetarian dinner
21:00 – Silence, integration & meditation

9:30 – Final Kundalini Yoga & closing Mystery School
12:00 – Closing lunch
