I welcome you EVERY TUESDAY at noon at Studio Yoga pour Tous for a new class.
The class theme is different each week depending on celestial news.
Every week, you strengthen your immune system, your caliber, your nervous system to face the challenges of the Age of Aquarius which we are entering, after 2000 years of the Age of Pisces.
Everyone is welcome, as there is no need to have practiced yoga before to participate in a class.
I explain the basics to you and generally you have a unique experience.
