9 years ago, a woman, Caroline, gave me an invitation to join a kundalini yoga group.
It was called the Aquarian Womenâs Leadership Society. I was intrigued by the name of this secret society, so I joined.
This is how I discovered Guru Jagat. I remember that in this session, she wanted us to create poetry every day ⊠And I remember I thought, where am I ? Whoâs she?
It was a dream to me ! Someone asking me to create poetry every day !
She always pushed us to createâŠShe was saying : â What are you going to do with your life, if you donât create? Destroy! And the first act of destruction that youâre going to make will be upon your Self.â
She always saw the good and the best in us and pushed us to create, anything, to leave a legacy behind, like she did.
